Shigeo Yoshida Chairman and Representative Director at Keystone Partners Co., Ltd. from July, 2010.
Before joining Keystone Partners, he had worked for Sanwa Bank (currently The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ). His banker’s career at Sanwa Bank were General Manager of project developments to implement various real estate development projects, General Manager of Business Development in charge of controlling over M&A business, Aoyama Branch Manager, Shinjuku Branch Manager, Operating Officer and Branch Manager of Kyoto Branch, and Executive Operating Officer at the Osaka Sales Headquarter. He continued to engage in corporate commerce and Investment Banking Services as Executive Operating Officer at the Osaka Sales Headquarter after the merger with The Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi Ltd. In 2006, he was transferred to Mitsubishi UFJ Securities Co., Ltd. Osaka Branch as Executive Operating Officer to control over the Kinki-Region area. In 2008, he was inducted as the President and Managing Director of MUS Principle Investments Co., Ltd., and supervised the Principle Investment Operations of the Mitsubishi UFJ Group and controlled the overall fund investment operations such as offering risk capitals of funds, monitoring and administered investment performances. He graduated from Kyushu University Faculty of Law in 1974.

He had joined The Sumitomo Trust & Banking Co., Ltd.(Currently Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Banking, Limited) in charge of Real Estate Brokerage and Securities Planning. After that, he joined JP Morgan Securities in Real Estate Finance group and then joined Merrill Lynch Japan and accumulated eight years of experience in Pricing, Asset Management of Proprietary Real Estate Investments, NPL’s, Corporate Buy-outs in Special Investments Group and also managed several large projects for joint business with UFJ Bank and Nishi Nippon Bank. He graduated from Waseda University, School of Political Science and Economics in 1991.
Tomoaki Tsusumi Representative Director and Co-Founder at Keystone Partners Co., Ltd. from May, 2009.
He has significant experiences in Investment Banking Business. He had joined Sanwa Bank (currently The Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ) and experienced in Central Branch Sales Department, Business Research Department and New York Branch. After that, he broadened his range in achievements in Investment Banking Division. After the merger with The Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi Ltd., He built up business model with Private Equity and Investment Banking and set up the fund for SMEs business succession. In 2007, he joined CSK Holdings Corporation as Operating Officer in charge of Buyout Fund Business. He graduated from Doshisha University, Faculty of Economics in 1989 and also he received MBA degree from the Graduate School of International Corporate Strategy at Hitotsubashi University in 2005.

He had worked for Sanwa Bank (currently The Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ) and engaged in analysis and examination of corporate credit risk related to project reviews in Credit Planning Division. In July of 2014, he was promoted to be management member at Keystone Partners Co., Ltd. He graduated from University of Tokyo, Faculty of Law in 1998. Chartered Member of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan.

He had worked for Nomura Securities Co., Ltd. and engaged in advisory projects such as funding (equity and debt finance) and M&A business in Investment Banking Division. In 2004, he joined Merrill Lynch Japan Securities. Co., Ltd. and gained a great deal of experience as Director in Institutional Business Department as well. He graduated from Doshisha University, Faculty of Business in 1993.

He has significant experience in Asset Management Business. He started his career at Sanwa Bank (currently The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd.) and worked in Muromachi Branch, Nagoya Branch and Tokyo Sales Headquarter. In 1993, he took part in the launch of former Sanwa Asset Management Co.Ltd.. Thereafter, he was consistently engaged in Asset Management Business.
In 2008, he was inducted as Director of Business Promotion of Mitsubishi UFJ Asset Management Co., Ltd (currently Mitsubishi UFJ Kokusai Asset Management Co., Ltd. and was responsible for overall sales, marketing and promotions for major Japanese banks, securities companies and regional banks. In July 2015, he was inducted as Partner of Keystone Partners Co., Ltd. He graduated from the department of commercial science, Meiji University.

She had experienced in Auditing at ChuoAoyama Audit Corporation and in Consulting at SCS Global Consulting K.K. After that, she joined a Japanese manufacturing company and a US apparel company and was mainly in charge of finance, accounting and management. She graduated from Kunitachi College of Music, Faculty of Music Studies in 1992. Member of the Japanese Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Japan Federation of Certified Public Tax Accountants’ Associations.
Hideyuki Sakamoto Senior Vice President at Keystone Partners Co., Ltd. from October, 2014.
He had worked for IBM Japan and been mainly in charge of acquiring Japanese IT firms. After that, he joined Mitsubishi UFJ Securities Co., ltd (currently Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities Co., Ltd) and Mizuho Securities Co., Ltd and was mainly in charge of M&A advisory business in both companies. Since 2012, he has been engaged in principle investment business at the business planning divisions of some Japanese companies. He has extensive experience in domestic and foreign investment in stock and asset purchase as an adviser and a principle. He graduated from Keio University, Faculty of Law in 2001.

After that, he worked for American Life Insurance Co. (Currently MetLife, Inc.). He graduated from Rikkyo University, College of Economics in 2001 and also he received MBA degree from the graduate School of International Corporate Strategy at Hitotsubashi University in 2014.
