Therefore, the Company complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other regulations and guidelines related to the protection of personal information. The Company will acquire necessary personal information on customers for customers’ needs of requesting company materials, inquiries and using other services.
The Company will notify and/or disclose the purpose of such personal information to customers and will inquire about minimum personal information on customer.
【2】Purpose of the Use of Personal Information
This company will acquire customers’ personal information for the purpose of delivering company materials, responding to inquiries from customers and providing other services to customers.
This company will not disclose personal information to third parties other than this company and its partner companies, except as stated below.

If we receive a request from a customer for disclosure, correction or deletion in relation to his/her personal information data that we retain, we will respond to and meet this request in accordance with the established procedures after identifying individuals without delay.
This company outsources some part of the reception and delivery services and then the minimum necessary information on customers can be conveyed to the subcontractor in association with work delegation. In that case, those subcontractors are obliged to sign contracts not to leak personal information.
